Administrator and Educator user types can create a school in the Thimble.io Educator Platform. This article will show you how to create a school that can later be populated with educators and students.
Create a School
Log into the Thimble.io Educator Platform.
Click the "Manage Schools" button on the top-right of the Dashboard or navigate to "Manage" → "Schools" on the left-side menu from any page.
Click the "Create School" button in the top-right.
Enter the General Information. All fields are required. The fields are:
Primary Address: Check this box if the address is the primary location for your school.
School Name: Enter the school name here.
Street: Enter the street address here, including the suffix if there is one.
City: Enter the city here.
State/Province: Enter the state/province here.
Postal Code: Enter the postal code here.
Country: Enter the country here.
Click "Save Details" to register the school in the system.
